FEEDING WITH GRAIN AND LEGUMES WET MIXES
TEK-SM machines are a perfect fit for the production of liquid
and pasty feed mixes based on soy, peas, wheat, barley and
other crops and legumes.
This allows using them for the production of creamy grain
and legume mixes. Adding these mixes to coarse fodders significantly
increases animal feeding efficiency.

TEKMASH® - NEW FODDER PRODUCTION
TECHNOLOGY
The introduction experience in scores of Ukrainian farms
has proved the simplicity and clear logic of this equipment
operation for any farm worker without a special technical
background. A 2-hour training with fodder production demonstration
on TEKMASH® equipment is enough
for confident equipment operation.
For consulting centers and farmers associations it shouldnt
be a problem to calculate composition of fodders produced
in TEKMASH® equipment based
on available fodder resources of a specific farm.
Enhanced feed digestibility of the products prepared under
TEKMASH® technology and equipment
allows a notable reduction of animal raising cost.
Taking into consideration the peculiarities of cattle farming
in Canada and the U.S.A., including an increase of starch
digestibility by a special grain treatment (e.g. steam treatment
in extruders), TEKMASH® finished
feed production technology ensures significant savings through
switching from expensive balanced feeds of outside suppliers
to new opportunities of fresh fodders production right at
the farm.
Furthermore, an approximate proportion of (20%)
and easily digestible fiber (40-50%) perfectly fits the maximum
production capacity of TEKMASH® equipment and
technology.
TEK-SM APPLICATION EXAMPLE
In Ryasnyanskoye farm located in Ryasnoye village of Krasnopolsky
district in Sumy region TEK-4SM unit is used for soy milk
production for raising pigs. The net cost of milk produced
by this unit does not exceed U$ 0.06 per gallon (U$ 0.016
per 1 ltr). Moreover, the daily gains of young pigs increased
by 1/4 lb (100 g) and are now 1.54 lb (700 g).
