PRESS RELEASE

WET FODDERS WITH HIGH NUTRITIVE VALUE

Fodder paste and soy milk obtained in an anaerobic processing in the hydromodule of TEK-SM unit keep the entire complex of vitamins, amino acids, mineral compounds and starches contained in soy beans, moreover, inhibitor trypsin and urease are decomposed

NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR WET FODDERS PRODUCTION

TEKMASH innovative hydrodynamic technology implies the production of soy paste with 28% hard matter content with further thinning it with water to soy milk consistency. This technology does not require soy beans shelling and preliminary grinding. Crushing, thermal treatment and mixture homogenization is carried out in a single technological cycle in a TEK-SM unit.

WET ANIMAL FEEDING - "GRANDPA'S TECHNOLOGY" HAS A MODERN IMPLEMENTATION

As experts analysis shows, dry" feeding in small and medium cattle farms is carried out despite the economic inefficiency. The two main reasons for this situation are the tradition of animal husbandry engineers inherited from once huge farms and advertising pressure from dry fodder blends importers. Indeed, what are the advantages of our grandfathers' wet animal feeding technology forgotten during the last several decades?

SOY BEANS IN FODDERS

At Agro-2004 trade show the equipment for the production of soy milk and various complex liquid solutions manufactured by TEKMASH Center caught eye with its compactness and unobviousness of its technical solution...
